Buffalo Man Sentenced To 5 Years For Conspiring To Distribute 500 Grams Of Cocaine

On Thursday at the US District Court in Buffalo, NY. Waldemar Martinez, a/k/a Crazy, 44, of Buffalo was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to 5 years in prison.

Martinez was previously convicted of conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.

Between December 2015 and June 2016, Martinez conspired with others to distribute over 500 grams of cocaine in the Buffalo area and used a residence at 275 Tonawanda Street in furtherance of his drug trafficking activities.

In June 2016, Martinez sold cocaine to an individual working with the Drug Enforcement Administration.
