Rochester, NY. Man Pleads Guilty To Being A Felon In Possession Of Ammunition

On Thursday at the US District Court in Rochester, NY. Charles B. King, 36, of Rochester pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa to being a felon in possession of ammunition.

King is legally prohibited from possessing ammunition however on August 25, 2019 when police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 1570 Clifford Avenue in Rochester they recovered 26 rounds of .22 caliber ammunition in King’s bedroom.

Officers also recovered a 12-gauge shotgun in the basement.

Judge Siragusa has scheduled sentencing for King to be on December 8, at 10:00 a.m.
